APPLICANT: I understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms:

* If the number of applicants exceeds the number of openings, random computer selection will occur.
* I may remain on the waiting lists of as many programs as I apply to, until such time as I decide which program I will attend.
* Accepting the invitation of any one magnet program will automatically delete my name from all other program waiting lists on which my name appeared.
* All Pinellas County residents will be placed before residents from outside the district.
* An applicant must be a resident at the time of application.
* I understand that I must complete successfully the two prerequisite courses no later than the last day of the regular school year of my eighth grade year. Failure to do so will result in my ineligibilty for acceptance. No summer coursework following the last day of the regular school year of my eighth grade year will be accepted for eligibility.
* If I leave the magnet program for any reason, I must return to my zoned high school and may not apply to any other magnet at that time.
* If I am returned to my zoned school from a magnet school, I may not make reapplication to any magnet school nor may I enter under the sibling/professional priority policy.
* If I am reassigned to a district discipline program or expelled prior to entering a magnet school, I will be considered ineligible for admission. My application will be considered null and void.
* Pinellas County Schools provides arterial transportation to all magnet programs.
